Granted to operators whose management responsibility includes food and/or nutrition services and individuals who are associated with the field of education in food and nutrition services and are interesterd in the objectives of the society.

Granted to individuals who are no longer eligible for regular or business membership, but have a continuing interest in the objectives of the society

Granted to individuals who are consultants or independent contractors whose primary area of expertise is food and/or nutrition management.

Granted to individuals who are suppliers, manufacturers, and/or distributors of goods and/or services other than consulting to the health care food service industry.

Granted to individuals of the same company, after an allied member has joined at the Allied Member rate.

Granted to individuals who are enrolled full-time in an associate or bachelor's degree program in food service administration or dietetics.  Individuals must be enrolled at an accredited school and have completed one year of studies; or have discontinued active membership to further their undergraduate or graduate studies in food service administration on a full-time basis at an accredited school.

Granted to individuals who have left active membership to retire from professional practice.
